半岛城市联邦（United Cities of Peninsula），是一个以邕林屿城邦为核心、其他多个城邦共同组成的城市联邦。因应邕林屿城区的快速扩张、而固有之街区大小的建制无法满足面积庞大的新兴城区的管理需要，邕林屿决定在新兴城区建立多个与其虚位平级的城邦以便管理，半岛城市联邦随之诞生。
